Mishpachah Parenting Workshops

Our private workshop series is designed for religious parents with children who are questioning their religiosity. It aims to build stronger, more resilient families — facilitated by respected family therapists who bring a nuanced understanding of the Jewish community’s complexities.

How it works

Over six sessions, our two family therapists will explore key topics such as shame, stigma, grief and the tensions that can arise when parenting styles differ between mothers and fathers. Jewish texts will be examined alongside contemporary research. The group is conducted with strict privacy and confidentiality.

What you will gain

Parents will learn practical tools and insights to strengthen family relationships, along with a safe, confidential forum to discuss the tensions between faith, family and community expectations — conversations that are often difficult to have openly without fear of judgement.
